Trail to Troop is an awesome opportunity for Arrow of Light (and their parents) to experience some of the fun that they can look forward to once they cross over into a troop. Troops will host Arrow of Light Scouts from various packs and will form patrols which will include those Arrow of Light Scouts for the weekend. AOL Dens will be assigned to camp with a host Troop by the event staff.

• Arrow of Light Dens plus their parents/guardians
• Scouts BSA Troops

• Check-in: Friday, November 1 at 6:00 p.m.
• Check out: Sunday, November 3 by 11:00 a.m.
• Location: Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp, 11217 FM 2970, Athens, TX 75751

Cost

• Early Bird Cost: Ends October 20 at 11:59 p.m.
  • AOL Youth and AOL Adults: $20
  • Scouts BSA Youth/Adults & Staff: $10
• Regular Cost: Starts October 21
  • AOL Youth and AOL Adults: $30
  • Scouts BSA Youth/Adults & Staff: $15
• Registration Closes: Sunday, October 27, at 11:00 p.m. Late additions/substitutions cannot be accommodated. All registrations must be done through Black Pug and no walk-in registration is permitted.  
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Circle Ten Council Refund & Cancellation Policy (HERE)

• Unit Roster
  • Packs: printed unit roster
  • Troops: printed official unit roster downloaded from my.scouting.org. Must list all persons staying on camp.
• Annual Medical Health Record (parts A & B) for each attendee (HERE)
