Come out and enjoy shooting sports, unit games, and much more excitement to be posted! Arrow of Lights and their Adults are invited to come out and enjoy the weekend with some local units. Per the Guide to Safe Scouting, see below:

• Arrow of Light Scouts may participate at a Scouts BSA “camporee” (council coordinated, short-term camp, see NCAP SA-001) during the day and/or overnight in one of two ways:  
  1. With their Arrow of Light Den/Patrol. Arrow of Light Scouts can attend as an Arrow of Light den/patrol under the supervision of two deep leadership from their Arrow of Light den/patrol or pack. The Arrow of Light Scout’s parent or legal guardian(s) may attend with the Arrow of Light den/patrol and their child, either alongside the two-deep leadership or as part of it if they are registered with the pack. Or, 
  2. As an Individual Scout. Arrow of Light Scouts can attend with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if the local council coordinates two deep leadership per NCAP Standard HS-502.

• Check-in: Friday, October 25 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
• Event Check-out: Sunday, October 27 by 10:00 a.m.  
• Location: Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp, 11217 FM 2970, Athens, TX 75751
• Deadline to Register/make changes with your registration/make payment: October 18 before 11:00 p.m.  
  This is is the deadline to make/update your registration. Late additions or walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
• Meals:  Units will provide their own meals for this event. If an individual registration needs help coordinating meals, please reach out to our event contacts.***
• Arrow of light participants, please keep in mind that some activites will not be available because of the guide to safe scouting. However, we will have plenty of alternative activities. 

Cost

• Scouts: Early registration (before October 7 at 11:00 p.m.) - $20.00  
• Scouts: Regular price (after October 7 at 11:00 p.m.) - $30.00
• Adults/Staff: $10.00
• Cancellations: All cancellations must follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy (HERE).

• Annual Medical Health Record AB
