Trail to Troop is an awesome opportunity for Arrow of Light Scouts (and their parents) to experience some of the fun that they can look forward to once they cross over into a troop. Troops will host AOL Scouts from various packs and will form patrols which will include those AOL Scouts for the weekend. Packs will be assigned to camp with a host Troop by the event staff.
Event Details:
- Check-in for Troops & Staff: Friday, November 1 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Check-in for AOLs & their parents: Saturday, November 2 from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m
- Check-out: Sunday, November 3 by 10:00 a.m.
- Location: Camp James Ray, 2026 Mill Creek Rd. Pottsboro, TX 75076
- Registration Closes: Sunday, October 20 at 11:00 p.m.
This is the deadline to register, make changes, and complete payment. All registrations must be done through Black Pug and late additions/substitutions or walk-ins are not permitted..

- Scouts BSA Troops
Costs:
- AOL (Day Only) - $30 (lunch and dinner provided)
- AOL Parent (Day Only) - $20 (lunch and dinner provided)
- AOL (Staying Saturday night) - $35 (lunch, dinner and breakfast provided)
- AOL Parent (Staying Saturday night) - $25 (lunch, dinner and breakfast provided)
- Scouts BSA Youth - $15
- Scouts BSA Adult - $10
- Youth & Adult Staff - $10
Documents Required at Check-in:
- AOL Dens: Unit Roster (may be printed from your official roster or from the Reports tab within your registration)
- Troops: Must use the official roster downloaded from my.scouting.org. All attendees must be listed on this roster.
- All: Annual Medical Health Records Parts A, B1, and B2
