2024 OA Section Conclave

What?  Conclave is the largest event planned by the Section and gives Arrowmen opportunities to have fun and fellowship with hundreds of scouts across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma!  A variety of activities will be available from shows to training, and from crafts to a pow-wow.  Lodges will also have the opportunity to compete in ceremonies, athletic competitions, and AIA dancing among other things. 

Where:  Camp Constantin 3003 Park Road 36, Grafort, TX, 76449

When:  April 19 5PM - 21 Noon, 2024.  

Cost:  Early Bird Registration:        $45 for the first 200 People or March 1, 2024
           Regular Registration:          $55 from end of Early Bird to April 14, 2024
           Walk Up/Late Registration:  $90 from April 15 - 21, 2024

Lodging: Tent camping by lodge.

If you have Dietary restrictions, we ask that you please enter them in your registration, but also email jkkita@gmail.com. This will send it directly to our kitchen staff and they can respond with any questions.

Lunchtime canoe trip to Hell’s Gate and picnic on the cliffs. Swim checks must be done in advance
