This course is being offered at no cost to adult leaders in Chester County Council.

There are limited spaces available. Please register only if you plan to attend. If you would like to contribute to help the Training Team continue to offer trainings such as this one, a donation of $20 is suggested.

QPR is intended to teach those who are in a position to recognize the warning signs, clues and suicidal communications of people in trouble to ACT vigorously to prevent a possible tragedy.

A Gatekeeper is anyone trained to recognize a suicide crisis and, because of their training, knows how and where to find help. This two hour Gatekeeper training is easy to understand and concise. Gatekeepers will also be given a materials to use after class including a list of resources available in your community.

The training will consist of classroom instruction and practical roleplay situations.

The content of this course will include topics that may be difficult for some people to confront or discuss.
