Sign up for the classes/topics you are interested in. Overnight accommodations are available. Lunch and Dinner are provided for full day registration. Lunch provided for AM sessions; Dinner Provided for PM sessions.

Course May Catalogue Include:

Adult Trainings:

• Den and Pack Leader Training (C42/C40): Saturday 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Includes Cubmaster and Den Leader Specific Trainings
  • Required Training for all Cubmasters and Den Leaders
• BALOO (Basic Adult Leader Outdoor Orientation): Saturday 9am -- Sunday 12pm
  • Completion of this course is mandatory for a MINIMUM OF ONE adult on a Pack overnighter.
  • Pre-requisite at my.scouting.org > My Training > Cub Scouting > Catalogue > BALOO Prerequisite Training V2 -|- Print completion certificate and bring with you to course.
• Camp Master Training Saturday 9:00am – 11:30am
• ChainSaw Safety Friday 6:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 6:00pm (minimum age 21yo+)
• CPR/AED (American Red Cross), First Aid (American Red Cross), and Stop The Bleed Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm and 2pm-5pm
• Growing Membership in your Unit Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm
• Troop Adult Leader Training (S24, WS10)
• Introduction to Outdoor Leadership Skills (IOLS S11) (Scouts BSA Leaders) Saturday 9am – Sunday 11am
  • Required for all Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters
• USA Archery Level 2 Instructor Saturday 9am-5pm
  • You do NOT need to have a Level 1 Certification
  • This is a USA Archery Course being offered at the Palooza, certification is valid for 3 years.
  • There is an additonal $40 fee associated with the online portion of the course.
  • Must be registered as current 18+ adult leaders in Scouting America with all required clearances in place.
  • Register for the Fall Training Palooza
  • Complete the USA Archery Level 2 Instructor Course using the link HERE  Instructions also attached.
  • Register separately HERE for the practical course portion that will be held at the Palooza.
  • Agree in principal to run or help run at least one Council, Summer Camp, or Order of the Arrow sponsored Archery event in the next two years.
