On Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, our Theme is "Timber and Treasure!"! The Buffalo Valley Sportsmen's Association near Mifflinburg will again be our host. Sleds may include Arrow of Light Scouts from associated Cub Packs, with a minimum of 6 Scouts and maximum of 10 Scouts per sled.

We want to include Lone Scouts and Scouts whose Troop is not entering a sled, so those folks should please register and reach out to one of the organizers if you want to be paired with a Troop whose sled is not full. 

A choice of lunch is included in the registration price. The lunch will include two sandwiches (pick from hamburg barbeque, hot dog, or grilled cheese), baked beans, chips, and a drink. You can pick two of the same sandwich or make a combo.

Free camping will be available on Friday, Jan. 23 as an option.  On Friday night, there will be an indoor movie with free popcorn. All Scouts can choose to add a hearty breakfast sandwich and hot beverage to their online registration for an additional $4. No walkup breakfasts will be available. 

Check-in on the 24th will begin at 6:30 a.m. with the opening ceremony beginning at 7:45 a.m.

The price is $18 per person for regular registration for Scouts until December 31st, from January 1-January 11th, the price will be $23. The cost of the Arrow of Light Scouts for the day is $15 including lunch.  

The price is $10 per Adult Leader for regular registration until December 31st, from January 1-January 11th, the price will increase to $15. 

Registration closes on Sunday January 11th.  

Staff registration price is $10 to cover the cost of breakfast, lunch, and the event patch. Staff will not have the late fee applied to their registration. Registration will close on January 11, 2026.
