The EDGE method is practiced throughout Scouting, and is Scouting's most effective training tool. Whether training Scout leaders in their position or teaching new outdoor skills to youth or new adult leaders, this training will give you the tools to keep your audience enaged while helping your instruction stick in their minds. It is highly suggested for trainers of BALOO, SM Basic Training, Position-Specific Training, and University of Scouting presenter training.

This course is required for Wood Badge Staff to complete prior to the course.
