Ready to lead? Lodge Leadership Development is Ku-Ni-Eh Lodge's annual training conference designed to sharpen the skills of our elected officers, committee chairs, chapter leaders, and any Arrowman ready to step up and make an impact.

LLD blends hands-on workshops with real leadership tools — goal-setting, running effective meetings, building a team, communicating with your chapter, and understanding your role within the lodge. Whether you're a first-time officer or a seasoned lodge leader, you'll leave with practical skills you can use right away.

NEW BROTHERHOOD CEREMONY INFORMATION

Ku-Ni-Eh has been selected to be a test lodge for the new Brotherhood ceremony. TEST is the key work here. This will not be the final product. We have been given the opporotunity to experience the ceremony and provide feedback to the copmmittee. This is a ONE AND DONE situation. The lodge will continue with the current brotherhood ceremonies until we recive word from national on it's permanent change. All current brotherhood and Vigil memebrs are welcome to attend but we have instructions to cap the exerience at 50 members. If you are wanting to come see this please email the lodge at kuniehlodgew145@gmail.com with your intention and we will get back with you. Prefference will be given to those registered for LLD. We will be having a regular Brotherhood ceremony Friday night of LLD so as many members as possible eligible for this opporotunity will be able to experience it.

Requirements:

Must be a youth member in good standing (dues current)

No prior LLD experience required
