The Section E13 Find your Groove Conclave will occur from May 17, 2024, through May 19, 2024, at Manatoc Scout Reservation. The last time Marnoc Lodge and Manatoc hosted a conclave was in 2017. The event will have Arrowmen from the eight lodges of Section E13 which covers parts of Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and Kentucky.  The Find your Groove Conclave will provide a variety of music-themed activities including live music and a DJ. In addition, there will be activities such as climbing, shooting sports, lodge competitions, ceremony competitions, training, and more.

Any youth planning to participate in archery, rifle, or shotgun programs will need to bring a signed permission slip form, located on the right of this page.

All participants must bring a BSA Medical Form (parts A & B) and a signed Code of Conduct.
