When: Saturday April 5th, 2025  Registration begins at 8:15 AM; opening session starts at 9:00 AM, and programs conclude by 4:15 PM

           -On April 4th an optional evening gathering will be held in Great Barrington, MA  at the Barrington Brewery, 420 Stockbridge Rd, Great Barrington, MA 01230 — please indicate on the registration form if you expect to attend, so we can have a good estimate for the reservation: $20 fee pay at the door.

           -Please select a track (NCAP, Commissioners, or District Operations/Finance; class selections will take place on April 5th.

Dress: Scout Field Uniform (if you have one), otherwise buisness casual

Why Should I Attend?

In order for the best youth development program in the world (Scouting America) to remain vital, we need to continue to recruit and retain Scouts.  As we all know, it has become a real challenge to accomplish our membership goals.  The best way to achieve success is to:

• Team together to share our successes
• Better understand the latest tools to assist us with our quest
• Network with others who have shared and overcome our similar challenges
• Learn how we can build a stronger Recruitment Program geared toward Membership
• Better understand other areas for growth through the successes of others
• Have a well-developed and communicated Membership Plan that needs to be worked
• Become more informed Commissioners.
• Obtain the certification training for NCAP (National Camp Accreditation Program)
