MISSOURI S&T MBU
EVENT DAY INFORMATION
All scouts are encouraged to wear their Official Scout Uniform!
Drop-off & Parking (https://parking.mst.edu/parkingmaps/)
- There is a drop-off circle off the roundabout for The Welcome Center. Leaders, parents, and adults are welcome to drop off Scouts before leaving to park.
- For a fee, there is a subsurface parking garage located very close to the Welcome Center. Fees apply 24/7 if you choose to park in the subsurface parking garage.
- Lots H, C, A, and M are recommended. All lots are open parking, first come first serve. Parking Fee Enforcement does not apply during the weekends to open lots. There is no fee on weekends to park at a metered spot and no restriction on any open spot you find in a university lot.
- Lot H would be a good recommendation for the opening ceremony. You can park there and walk underground through a tunnel to avoid crossing Hwy 63 (Bishop Ave.)

Blue Cards
- There will be no physical blue cards issued at the completion of this event. To access your blue cards after the completion of the event you will need to follow the below steps:
- Go back into your registration. If you need to look up your registration just follow this link and click on the “Lookup” menu on the top right of the page. https://scoutingevent.com/?OrgKey=BSA306&reservationFromEmail=true
- Click on View Registration. Each registration has its own list of available reports, so if your unit has multiple registrations you will need to log into each registration seperately to download the blue card report. When you view your registration, click on the Reports tab to run the reports available for that event.
- This should bring up the blue cards for the scout or scouts you registered. *This will also provide you the option to export your individual blue cards into Scoutbook as well.
