If there is a cancellation, you will be contacted to sign up via BlackPug. 

Those registering could: 

1)  Face a higher fee than posted.

2)  Have different travel arrangements (ie – dates, times, costs, travel companions, modes) than the main lodge contingent and / or make their own travel arrangements.

3)  REGULAR FEE: $1300.00 for youth, $1600.00 for adults paid in full by June 1st, 2024.

YOU CAN STILL ATTEND NOAC as a REMOTE DELEGATE!

Recognizing that physical space is limited, National is offering an all-access virtual program. For a flat cost, any Arrowman can experience NOAC from the comfort of their own home on their computers or mobile devices and will receive unique NOAC memorabilia items. Register for this option by using: https://registration.oa-bsa.org/ and selecting “Remote Delegate” from the registration options.

GET SET FOR -- Arrowmen participating in a six-day conference that includes cool recreational opportunities, top-notch workshops, tremendous American Indian Activities & ceremonies, evening shows full of theatrics and special effects, and exciting programs!

What’s Included:
● 5 Days of NOAC – meals, university lodging, activities, shows, programs, etc.
● Travel & transfers and one night hotel accommodations to Boulder from Michigan
● Some meals and sightseeing enroute; Specifics TBD
● Set of lodge memorabilia including flap patches, hat, and t-shirt

The lodge contingent will leave the weekend of July 27th and return the weekend of August 3rd

Actual cost for the trip is $1625 per person, the lodge is using MSU Seatback money to scholarship everyone.

COSTS & PAYMENT PLAN

EARLY BIRD FEE: $1100.00 - youth member under 21 years of age

EARLY BIRD FEE $1400.00 - adult member 21 and over
$ 50.00 minimum payments may be made until paid in full.
$ 250.00 non-refundable minimum is PAID IN FULL by December 31st EXTENDED to January 9th
NOTE WHEN REGISTERING: Early Bird Discount will be not be applied until after December 1st (if you pay in full before January 9th, a balance will still show, and will be removed after January 9th), so be careful not to pay the full amount if you know you're not past the deadline.
$ 1100.00 must be paid in FULL by May 1st, 2024 for youth.

$1400.00 must be paid in FULL by May 1st, 2024 for adults.

Applies if:

• $ 250.00 non-refundable minimum is NOT MET by January 9th, 2024
• $ 1100.00 total not reached by May 1st, 2024 for youth

OPTIONAL Denver Bus Tours: Sun., July 28th: 1:30 
● $43 (tour + tip) adults 18 & older; $36 (tour + tip) youth 17 & younger
1.5 Hr Tours Drops off & Returns to Union Station – about 50% same sites as walking
● OR: $62 for a 3-Hour Private Tour including Red Rocks with a min / max of 14 people
