This conference is designed to help new executives in Indiana learn more about serving under resourced communities.  We will touch on the following topics: barriers to access, communication strategies, fundraising tips/examples, proper process for council paid registration and touch on a few best practices that have served some of our presenters well in their ScoutReach assignments. 

Each participant will be asked to take an Inclusion Competencies Inventory assessment.  This assessment will help us Identify what capabilities you bring to the challenge of being more inclusive and the steps you can take to develop inclusive competencies.  Dr. Joann Barnes from the Kozai Group will be joining us to help debrief our assessments and help us with developing those steps to be more inclusive.

We will also leave time for open discussion and networking so we can continue to collaborate after the conference.
