2024 Western Division Fall Camporee

Event Details

I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST CAMPOREE

The leaves are changing, the air is cool and crisp, and you’ve got pumpkins and ghouls on your mind. This year, double up on the Halloween festivities with carving pumpkins, campsite decorating, outsmarting classic Halloween villains, followed by a night around a crackling campfire in the woods. These tricks and treats will give you a weekend of frights you don’t want to miss.

CAMPOREE COST

Youth - $12 Early Bird Reservation, then $15.00

Adults - $7 Early Bird Reservation, then $11.00

Adult Volunteers for Stations - 2 FREE per unit

District Volunteers/Staff - FREE

Early Bird Reservations ends Sept 30th.

  • IF you need to add participants after October 1st after your unit has registered prior to September 30th, please create a 2nd registration for those who signed up after the early bird deadline.
  • When registering your unit, please complete as much information as possible, including participant names and unit contact information. We will need a way to contact the unit prior to the event.
  • Families can attend just Saturday during the day but must still register and there is no discount as the price is for Saturday’s programming. Health forms should be with the check-in unit leader. Please check-in/out at the Health Office with binder.

Request your campsite by contacting Jennifer Western at jennifer.western@5creeks.org or (317) 417-2975. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee. Please also contact for pre-approval to drop off trailer early at your assigned campsite.
