One of the Order of the Arrow's highest goals is to train young scouts to be leaders for tomorrow. We would like to invite any Order of the Arrow Member to Illinek Lodge’s Lodge Leadership Development Training. It will take place on December 12, 2025, at the Council Service Center. This event is planned for training and a night full of games, movies, and fellowship to follow a day of developing our future leaders to succeed.
