Webelos to Scout Transition Weekend

UPDATE:  Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts can attend with EITHER 2 Deep Leadership from their den OR their Parent

Experience a Scouts BSA Adventure for Webelos & Arrow of Light scouts who wish to get a taste of what scouting will be like when they cross over into a Troop! This is for Webelos and AOL scouts. 

Activities:  Have FUN testing your Scout skills like camp cooking, fire building, knots & lashings, climbing, the patrol method and more!  All activities are led by Scouts BSA Troops. This event is for Webelos & Arrow of Light Scouts and adults only (siblings who are in the 4th or 5th grade are permitted) and is designed to help scouts, leaders and their parents get some "hands-on" experience at the Troop level.

Cost (Please bring your own camping gear):
$42 per person Camping Friday and/or Saturday night
$37 per person Saturday Day Visitor (No Camping) Please arrive by 7:00AM.
      This will give you time to park and get to opening flag on time.

Saturday Breakfast and/or Saturday Lunch may be purchased during the registration process OR you can bring your own.

Arrival & Check In:
Friday between 4:00 pm & 9:00 pm
Saturday beginning at 7 am

Programming begins at 8am Saturday. Programming ends at approximately 5:00 pm Saturday. You may camp Saturday night at no additional charge, but please note:  NO SERVICE or MEALS will be provided on Saturday night or Sunday morning.

Parents and Leaders will have the added bonus of receiving an orientation to Troop Life as well as the opportunity to get a head start on Troop Level Training. Choose from Scoutmaster Specific, Troop Committee or Merit Badge Counselor Training during the registration process.

T-Shirts must be ordered 3 weeks BEFORE the event.  NEW IN 2023: Pre-Ordering is the ONLY WAY to receive the event T-shirt. They will NOT be sold in the Trading Post.


All deposits paid, either for campsite or participant are non-refundable deposits. To request a refund of other monies paid, you must submit a refund request form and meet the criteria listed in order to receive a potential refund. The health and safety of our Scouting family will always be our top priority and Camp La-No-Che is prepared to provide a safe, fun environment for your Scouts. Our team has worked with multiple Council Committees to provide guidelines aimed at keeping everyone in attendance safe and healthy.
