HAT - Wilderness Woman Training (CWSC)
PURPOSE:
This female-only training will help you overcome some of the challenges that may be preventing you from enjoying the outdoors such as: how to navigate going to the bathroom, menstrual cycles, how to adhere to Leave No Trace principles, what to expect on the trail and which gear to include and what you should leave behind. This is an open discussion by the moderators and the participants about issues that arise for women and girls in a back country setting.
