Our Council Quarterly Strategic Planning Meeting brings together key leaders from our Council to evaluate the current state of Scouting in the Greater Los Angeles Area, identify opportunities for growth, and set clear goals and priorities for the coming quarter.

During this meeting, participants collaborate to develop actionable strategies that align with the Council’s long-term vision, ensuring the continued success and sustainability of Scouting programs. By focusing on both immediate objectives and broader strategic initiatives, this gathering plays a vital role in shaping the future of Scouting in our community.

There is a complimentary lunch during which you can network with staff and volunteers after the meeting.  All district leaders, district committee members, unit and district commissioners, council committee and board members, and adult volunteers are encouraged to attend.
