Cabrillo Merit Badge Day (Emergency Preparedness)

Event Details

Scouts are often called upon to help because they know first aid and they know about the discipline and planning needed to react to an emergency situation. Earning this merit badge helps a Scout to be prepared by learning the actions that can be helpful and needed before, during, and after an emergency.


Date & Time: Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 10:00am to 1:00pm


Cost: $50 per Scout (10 scouts max in class)


  • Must have the First Aid Merit Badge show proof
  • Bring signed blue card
  • Dress in field uniform
  • Read the Merit Badge Book
  • Worksheet is required
  • Do prerequisites 2a, 2b, 3, 4, 5, 9b, 9c, 9d, 10
